‘Risk-based decision-making in Olympic Games past and present’ – talk at the APM

I will be giving a talk later today, ‘Risk-based decision-making in Olympic Games past and present’, at an event organised by the Risk Specific Group of the Association of Project Management. In it, I’ll be exploring some of the risks posed to organizers and stakeholders of mega-events and how risk management has become an increasingly important part of organisation of the Olympics.
